Featuring Manual Cinema
Chicago’s Manual Cinema brings Mo Willems’ *Leonardo, the Terrible Monster* and *Sam, the Most Scaredy-Cat Kid in the Whole World* to life with hundreds of illustrated paper puppets, furry monster figures, and live original music. Watch the cinematic projection like a film, or peek below to see the artists assembling the story in real time. It’s a 45-minute, no-intermission treat for families and fans of handmade storytelling.
