Rancho Los Cerritos opens its grounds early for a guided bird walk on the second Thursday of each month, with staff on hand to answer questions about the local birds and nature. Bring binoculars if you have them—beginners are totally welcome, and the walk is free for everyone. If it rains, the walk is called off.
