Professor Julie Levinson curates *Pushback: Films of Defiance*, a series of movies centered on everyday people who challenge oppression and entrenched power. Through their stories, these characters refuse to accept the way things are, offering bold answers to what one person can do against the grain. It’s a compelling lineup for anyone who likes their cinema with a side of resistance.
