Bring your leftover jack-o'-lanterns to Newton City Hall for a hands-on Pumpkin Smash, where the Newton LigerBots high school robotics team will help you demolish them with their custom-built machines. Every smashed pumpkin heads to the compost pile, keeping the holiday green. The celebration also features a touch-a-truck display and a local food truck, making it a solid outing for the whole crew.
