Move to the rhythm in this barefoot, aerobic class that fuses dance, martial arts, and healing into a full-body workout. Led by facility attendant Andrea Edwards (with occasional subs), it’s open to every fitness level, and you don’t need any dance background to jump in—just come ready to move and express yourself.
