Featuring TAIKOPROJECT
TAIKOPROJECT, the Los Angeles–born ensemble that made history as the first American act to win the Tokyo International Taiko Contest in 2005, brings its signature mix of traditional Japanese drumming and original, choreographed compositions to the Lewis Family Playhouse. Known for appearances at the Academy Awards and Grammy Awards, the group delivers a physically commanding performance that honors its roots while pushing the form forward. Expect a show where precision meets momentum, grounded in heritage but built for today.
