The Boston Symphony Orchestra presents a concert featuring Robert Schumann's Piano Concerto and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's Manfred conducted by Andris Nelsons. Pianist Yunchan Lim, the youngest-ever winner of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, returns to perform Schumann's lyrical work written for Clara Schumann. The program also includes Tchaikovsky's four-movement symphony inspired by Lord Byron's Gothic verse play.
