Downtown businesses and restaurants will stay open late on October 31st to celebrate Halloween. Attendees can trick-or-treat at local shops, enjoy live music in The Lumberyard Courtyard, and play kids' games set up by the 101 Artists Colony. Additionally, the Pacific View Arts Center is hosting free arts activities for families with complimentary parking.
