The Citywide Design Guidelines and Historic Preservation Review Committee holds regular meetings where the public can speak. Public comment is accepted on items not on the agenda at the beginning of the meeting, as well as on each specific agenda item. Agendas are posted on the website and at City Hall the Thursday evening before the meeting.
