This dynamic, participatory series creates space for embodied dialogue, movement, and storytelling inspired by Sonya Renee Taylor's book The Body Is Not an Apology. Participants will engage in creative play, improvisation, and collective movement to explore radical self-love and resist body-based oppression. The four-workshop experience culminates in a celebratory gathering featuring a live performance, live music, and a DJ.
