Today we will explore fragrant Thai ingredients and make a couple delicious dishes, including Chicken Meatballs with Green Curry broth and Braised Cashew Chicken along with some interesting side dishes like Roasted Ginger Kale Salad and Smashed Cucumbers. All of these recipes are full on flavor yet simple enough to make any night of the week. This is a demonstration style class.
