Caring for someone with dementia can feel isolating, but this monthly gathering offers a relaxed, judgment-free space to share your experiences and connect with others who truly get it. Led by Beach Cities Health District’s care managers in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, it’s a chance to vent, listen, and find a little solidarity over coffee.
