Attendees will learn to create restaurant-style Italian dishes from the Piemonte region, including Bagna Cauda, Agnolotti Di Spinaci, Brasato Al Barolo, and Brutti Ma Buoni. The class is led by Chef Francesco Di Caudo and includes all ingredients and cooking utensils, with an invited guest dining at 7pm.
