The Burbank Community Band’s annual Halloween concert is a fun-filled, family-friendly event that kicks off the fall season with Halloween tunes, a costume contest, and plenty of festive spirit. Enjoy a lively performance of Halloween-themed music, and come early for a cookie from THE CAPITAL GRILLE and specialty coffee drinks from the BUSY AND BUMBLING COFFEE CART. The evening also features our popular Best Costume Contest – and it’s not just for kids! Children, teens, and adults are all encouraged to dress up and join the fun, with prizes for all ages.
