Contemporary artist Chiharu Shiota presents a selection of films exploring the human condition as a quest for meaning, complementing her current exhibition The Soul Trembles. The program features a 150-minute screening of Lars von Trier's 2003 film, which delves into themes of memory, aging, and the merging of life and death. This collaboration between Cinéma du Musée and the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts offers a unique cinematic experience for attendees.
