At PAMA’s Boo-seum Halloween workshop, kids ages 6–12 can layer neon paints into web-like and eye-shaped designs that reveal a glowing, ghostly effect under UV lights. Sessions run throughout the day, with each registered child creating one piece and adults welcome to join for an additional fee. It’s a hands-on, low-cost way to make something that shifts from daylight art to a dark-room spectacle.
