Featuring Orchestre symphonique de Laval
Genres: classical, jazz/blues
The Orchestre symphonique de Laval’s Les Chambristes series turns the spotlight on its own horn players, performing as a quartet in the intimate setting of Église Saint-Maurice-de-Duvernay. The program pairs a cornerstone of the repertoire—Eugène Bozza’s Suite for 4 Horns in F—with jazz arrangements crafted specifically for this ensemble. It’s a chance to hear these brass voices trade classical precision for swing, all in one sitting.
