Join us at Forest View Educational Center for Tai Chi Advanced, a community session rooted in the ancient Chinese practice that blends martial arts with mindful, flowing movement. Rather than relying on force, this class focuses on refining motor skills and caring for the body, offering a gentle way to build stability, poise, and ease while exploring the martial side of the form. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space to deepen your practice and unwind.
