The Academy Museum’s *The Horror Show* spans 200 years of eerie storytelling and a century of cinema, tracing the genre through six themed galleries—Gothic, Psychological, Science, Slasher, Religion, and Ghosts. Curated by Senior Exhibitions Curator Jessica Niebel with Assistant Curator Nicholas Barlow and Curatorial Assistant Alexandra James Salichs, the exhibition pulls from touchstones like *Alien*, *Get Out*, and *The Shining* to bridge film and lived experience. Parental guidance is advised, as the subject matter isn’t for every age.
