Starlights Strength & Conditioning at Park Place Family Recreation Center pairs focused athletic training with ballet and jazz to help dancers build solid technique, flexibility, and stage presence in a laid-back, encouraging space. These sessions are a must for Starlights Dance Team members, but they’re also open to anyone wanting extra practice beyond recreational classes or eyeing a future spot on the competition team. Participants will show off their work in the Dance Recital this Spring 2027.
