Join the Cultural Caravan’s “Behind the Music” series with the Dairy Arts Center for an intimate conversation and performance with pianist Victor Mestas, moderated by Artistic Director Josh Halpern. Born in Caracas and now teaching at CU Boulder’s Thompson Jazz Studies Program, Mestas has lent his keys to over 100 recordings and worked with stars like Julio Iglesias and Cheo Feliciano. Expect a relaxed evening of rare tunes, creative talk, and a cash bar—bring your questions about music and life.
