The 6th Annual Dixon Lake Trail Races kick off at El Caballo Park, guiding runners through Daley Ranch and up to the summit of Stanley Peak for a sweeping 360-degree panorama of the surrounding landscape. Depending on the course you choose, expect climbs of 900 to 1,300 feet, making for a solid challenge with a rewarding payoff at the top. It’s a great way to push your pace while soaking in some of Escondido’s finest scenery.
