Lace up for a solid Tuesday morning workout with OC Parks on the paved Hicks Haul Road in the Irvine Ranch Open Space. Pick your distance—3, 6, or 8 miles—and keep a brisk clip of about 3.0 to 3.5 miles per hour while taking in wide-open views of Orange County and the Santa Ana Mountains. It’s a straightforward, sweat-worthy way to start the day outdoors.
