Featuring Peter Greco
Step into the LCAD Gallery for *Subversive Encryptions: The Manuscripts of Gonza Spalato*, a showcase of rediscovered folios tied to the mysterious Renaissance figure Gonza Spalato. The exhibit pairs these historical pieces with fresh works by contemporary calligraphic artist Peter Greco, whose handcrafted lettering and large-scale calligraffiti have shaped logos for Warner Bros, NBC, the L.A. Times, and the D.A.R.E. campaign, plus movie titles like *Brazil* and *Splash*. It’s a rare mix of old-world mystery and modern ink work, all in one thoughtful display.
