Featuring Conrad Tao, Academy of St Martin in the Fields
Genres: classical
Conrad Tao joins the Academy of St Martin in the Fields for a program that stretches from Mozart’s classical grace to Ruth Crawford Seeger’s bold harmonies, wrapping up with the sweeping Americana of *Appalachian Spring*. Tao also contributes a new string work of his own, and his sharp musical instincts plus the Academy’s polished ensemble work promise a thoughtful, lively evening. A pre-concert lecture kicks things off at 7pm.
