Featuring Le sillon de Cherif Kheddam
Genres: country/folk
L’École Mezghena de Montréal brings over 40 musicians to the stage under Sid Ali Mohand Arab for a centennial tribute to composer and performer Chérif Kheddam. The program draws from his rich catalog for Kabyle music, with pieces that touch on themes of homeland, motherhood, exile, and love. It’s a fitting, large-scale salute to a formative figure in that tradition.
