USC's women's hoops program competes in the Big Ten and is based in Los Angeles, where it plays at the Galen Center. The USC Trojans women's basketball team, or the Women of Troy, is the collegiate women's basketball team that represents the University of Southern California. Being the first Division I team to give these scholarships, the program built a national powerhouse that has won NCAA titles, and its 1983 squad included All-American Cheryl Miller.
