Featuring Yamin Li
Yamin Li brings a collection of acrylic paintings on linen to the Dougherty Arts Center, using familiar objects mixed with random fragments to explore themes of attachment and detachment. These works create psychological habitats that mirror the complexities of moving between different environments and identities. Viewers are invited to step into these scenes and embrace the unique challenges of feeling out of place.
