Aaron Friedman, Founder and Executive Director of the Make Music Alliance, will lead a discussion on the history of this international musical holiday and how to launch it throughout San Diego County. This free session at the Museum of Making Music explores how municipalities, arts organizations, and individuals can collaborate to create the first countywide celebration coinciding with the summer solstice. Refreshments are provided for attendees interested in helping bring this day-long, musical free-for-all to their neighborhood.
