Featuring Beejhy Barhany, Jonah Platt, Anbessa Orchestra
Join Beejhy Barhany and Jonah Platt for a Sigd celebration rooted in Ethiopian Jewish ritual, starting with a guided walk around the Skirball grounds led by Barhany and Semu Kebede. The evening continues with a traditional Ethiopian dinner, a coffee ceremony, and live tunes from Anbessa Orchestra, before a conversation with Platt and a book signing of Barhany’s *Gursha*. It’s a full-sensory community gathering that honors heritage through food, music, and story.
