Sujantra leads a free session combining music, chanting, and meditation to open the heart and still the mind. Drawing on thousands of hours of singing and chanting with his spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy, he plays drums, guitar, and harmonium while co-teachers may also participate on occasion. No experience or musical ability is needed to join in.
