Step back in time at Heritage Farm at Spring Valley for Hog House to Smokehouse, a hands-on look at how 1880s farm families turned pork into salted hams, sausage, and other preserved goods for the winter months. This all-ages program costs $3 per person or $12 per family, paid at the door, with kids 2 and under free. Come see the old-school craft of curing and smoking, just as it was done over a century ago.
