Join the Kitchen Series at LaSalle College Vancouver for a hands-on class where you’ll build three charcuterie and artisan boards, from Pacific Northwest flavors to global small bites and dessert. Under the guidance of an LCV chef instructor, you’ll make homemade crackers, stuffed grape leaves, fish cakes, mousses, profiteroles, and cheesecake bites—some hands-on, some demonstrated. A welcome drink and a take-home apron round out the session.
