Catch this intimate documentary tribute to Edna O’Brien, the Irish author whose frank debut novel *The Country Girls* scandalized her homeland and launched a life of literary fame, love affairs, and reinvention in London. Filmmaker Sinéad O’Shea weaves O’Brien’s final reflections—recorded at 93, just before her passing—with journal readings by Oscar winner Jessie Buckley and insights from Gabriel Byrne and Walter Mosley. It’s a candid, warm portrait of a woman who lived and wrote without apology.
