Catch the opening night of *Wheel of Fortune: The Films of Krzysztof Kieślowski* with a screening of *The Double Life of Véronique*, the Polish master’s metaphysical fable starring Irène Jacob in her Cannes-winning dual role. Following the story of two identical women living parallel lives in Poland and France, the film weaves a haunting tale of fate and connection, with ethereal cinematography by Sławomir Idziak and a bold green-and-red palette. Artistic Director Shaun Inouye kicks off the series with introductory remarks before the screening.
