Featuring Debra Wilbur, Deborah Ackrich, Dr. Novellyn Heard
Debra Wilbur, Deborah Ackrich, and Dr. Novellyn Heard guide participants through a research-backed wellness session rooted in the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku. This slow, meditative experience is designed to deepen with regular visits as the seasons shift and is recommended for those aged 12 and up. The gathering takes place at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden.
