Albie Selznick stars in this true story about a teenage magician’s determined, comedic quest to work with David Bowie, weaving through the 1970s and ’80s theatre, club, and rock scenes with help from his troupe, The Mums. Written by Selznick and Laura Maccabee, who also directs, the show blends mime, juggling, and tightrope walking into a journey of self-discovery with a surprising payoff. A heartfelt, playful memoir of obsession and finding your own path.
