Featuring Barton Hills Choir
Genres: rock, pop
Barton Hills Choir, the Austin youth ensemble led by Gavin Tabone, takes on classic rock favorites from the Grateful Dead, Beatles, Elvis, and David Bowie, plus newer cuts from Wilco, Muse, and the Flaming Lips. They’re backed by a seasoned band featuring guitarist Don "El Cento" Cento, bassist Aaron "Hair Doctor" Dembe, and drummer Jake "Mr. Bubbles" Perlman, with a history of sharing stages with the likes of Stuart Murdoch and Charlie Sexton. Catch their signature blend of kid-powered vocals and pro musicianship at ACL Live at 3TEN.
