The Covina Chamber of Commerce’s Field of Valor program kicks off with opening ceremonies featuring the Covina Police Department Color Guard and the Sierra Vista Middle School Band under Robert Frey. The event continues with daily volunteer opportunities for school field trips and public access, wrapping up with closing ceremonies that include a flag salute by Chief Walczak and music from the Traweek Middle School Band under Brian Britvec. It’s a community-centered way to honor veterans across the multi-day observance.
