Featuring Cally Spooner
Cally Spooner takes center stage at MCA Chicago for Warm Up, a piece where a dancer stretches and prepares for a performance that never actually happens. Suspended in a state of continuous rehearsal, the work captures the incessant need to always be ready. Performed by Rex Delafkaran and Tina Wang, this arts event explores the dedication required to maintain readiness without ever stepping into the final act.
