Featuring Corey Byrnes
Block Cinema presents a 35mm screening of Tsai Ming-liang’s *Goodbye Dragon Inn* (2003), with an introduction by Corey Byrnes, Northwestern’s Associate Professor of Chinese Culture. The program pairs with his upcoming course on Taiwanese New Wave Cinema, offering a chance to see this classic on film stock. It’s a thoughtful pick for anyone curious about the movement’s visual style and storytelling.
