Genres: rock, electronic, jazz/blues
Local musicians Nicole McCabe, Dustin Wong, Isaac Sherman, Mathias Kunzli, Max Kutner, oneL, Max Jaffe, and M.A. Tiesenga join Pauline Lay to provide live scores for four classic films at Solarc. The lineup features a seven-piece band covering Grateful Dead and Black Sabbath for 'Fantastic Planet,' followed by sax and guitar performances for 'The Blob,' drum and synth sets for 'Dracula,' and a spooky arrangement for 'The Wicker Man.' Each night pairs these visuals with improvised music from the featured artists.
