First Congregational Church, UCC hosts the fourth installment of its series "If Jesus Started a Church Today…" with a service that tackles the prophet Amos’s blunt critique: that God is weary of festivals and songs, craving justice instead. It’s a challenging message for a Sunday gathering, which is precisely why it’s on the agenda. The service asks whether a modern church would center on worship or on the actions of the other six days, available both onsite and online.
