Antonin Baudry's two-part historical film series at The Park Theatre explores Charles de Gaulle's defiance of the 1940 armistice and highlights the vital contributions of resistance fighters from Africa and French colonies. This Western Canadian premiere presents the stories in French, offering a rare look at a lesser-known chapter of the Second World War through the lens of *The Iron Age* and *I Write Your Name*.
