The Surrealist Book exhibition brings together rare artists' books from the Helen and Sam Zell Collection to showcase the revolutionary work of figures like André Breton, Salvador Dalí, and Max Ernst. Visitors can explore how these creators transformed bound volumes into interactive art forms that unlock the unconscious through collages, sculptural bindings, and fantastical drawings. This presentation, hosted at 11 West 53 Street, New York, NY 10019, highlights the movement's enduring influence from the 1920s through the 1960s.
