Join certified nature and forest therapy guides on the second Sunday of each month for a mellow Forest Bathing session at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden. You’ll ease into a grounding sensory practice, then follow a few open-ended prompts to wander and connect with the landscape on your own terms, wrapping up with a shared herbal tisane as the sun dips. Recommended for ages 12 and up, it’s a low-key way to close out your weekend outdoors.
