Discover how the ideals of 1776 ignited independence movements and new constitutions throughout Latin America at this special exhibition in the Benson Latin American Collection. Created with UT Austin undergraduate history students and faculty, the display pairs rare documents and maps from the collection's holdings with the digital exhibit Polarizing Uncertainty in the Atlantic World around 1776 to showcase student research.
