BCIT's Concert Properties Centre team will explore how bioclimatic design principles are shaping the new Trades and Technology Complex. The session demonstrates how working directly with local sun, wind, and daylight can create comfortable spaces that rely less on mechanical systems. Join this Living Labs lecture to see what occurs when these sustainable strategies become a building's core foundation instead of just an afterthought.
