Storyteller Ben Cunningham leads an audience-participatory journey through African American and African animal tales, folktales, and trickster stories at the East Boston Library. Using a mix of traditional and non-traditional instruments to create subtle Afrofuturistic sounds, this playful program weaves a timeline celebrating Black History Month and the rich diversity of African American and African cultures.
