Join the Lincoln Belmont Library’s thin* book club for a discussion of Vincent Delecroix’s *Small Boat*, which examines the November 2021 capsizing of an inflatable dinghy in the English Channel that killed 27 migrants. The book probes the French authorities’ delayed response and the tragic miscommunication that left passengers waiting nearly three hours for rescue. It’s a sobering, thought-provoking pick for anyone interested in contemporary migration stories and their human cost.
